In an effort to provide complete development, ARRK Shangent offers competitive production tooling and molding programs to satisfy both budget and delivery commitments. ArrkShangent is a professional mold engineering company specializing in the production of injection mold and dies. The injection molds produced by ArrkShangent include P-20 though H-13 hardened steel using collapsible core, multiple lifters and slides. Many of these are fully automatic tools utilizing D-M-E or Hasco standard and hot runner systems.

Master model makers enable ARRK to produce the finest Stereo lithography (SLA) and Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) prototypes available utilizing the world largest prototyping capacity. Our multiple SLA and SLS machines allow us to accept a large volume of work while providing quick turnaround on every project.

Die Casting Mold and Post Machining

Producing the highest quality castings known to the prototypes industry. ARRK offers the widest variety of unique materials to fit almost any application. Our production facilities serve as R&D and Beta testing sites for custom formulation of production-like materials. Through the use of proprietary casting chambers, ARRK model makers can cast under vacuum and pressure simultaneously, enable us to produce parts that cosmetically emulate injection molded parts. This dynamic casting capability allows you to have any quantity of durable, production-like parts, complete with color and texture molded in, all in a very short period of time.

Assembly and second operations

Proprietary techniques add the finishing touch in creating exceptional prototypes and production parts. ARRK offers a wide variety of complete finishing techniques to accommodate any product development program. Second operations include painting, pad and silkscreen printing, laser etching, ultra-sonic welding, heat staking / ultra-sonic inserting.
